Terms of Use

This website provides information about Team RGIT Racing Electric, its activities, recruitment, sponsors, partnership opportunities, and crowdfunding campaigns. Information may change as the team programme develops.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious or deceptive material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to overwhelm forms or services.

You are responsible for ensuring that information submitted through recruitment or partnership forms is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. A submission does not guarantee selection, employment, sponsorship, or a commercial relationship.

The website does not directly process payments. Before contributing, verify the recipient and payment details displayed on the crowdfunding page or confirm them through teamrgitracing@gmail.com. Contact the team directly about payment errors or contribution questions.

Unless stated otherwise, the team's name, identity, original website content, photography, graphics, and vehicle materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links to sponsor, social, payment, or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and the team is not responsible for their availability or content.

The website is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep information accurate and the service secure, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain current. Nothing on this website is professional, financial, or legal advice.

Questions may be sent to teamrgitracing@gmail.com. We may revise these terms when the website or team programme changes; continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
